I attend Heron ridge associates and I see a therapist and psychiatrist here. I have had a great experience here, my therapist is probably the best therapist I have had. I am going to see the psychiatrist today but from what I hear this is a very professional place with a very good staff!:)

From the first session, I felt that my counselor knew exactly what I needed. She listened and understood me. She is very caring and understanding.

Our couples counseling sessions at Heron Ridge Associates has been very helpful to us. The ability to give us working examples, activities and reading material has been a great way for us to get to the point of happiness that we are comfortable with and have been working towards.

I've had great experiences, but with any group of professionals who work in the same office, it completely depends on who you work with! I like Zain, but I would encourage anyone looking for a therapist to work with someone that you're comfortable with. I do have to say that they were able and willing to work with my insurance to get me coverage.

Dr Root is the best. He listens, doesn't hurry you. Jodie the receptionist is great, friendly, always helpful. Called their other office for a refill on a med, it was quick, Sue was very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is really great, all the staff are extremely friendly. They always make sure you're taken care of.
